Do I pay you or the hotel?
It depends on the offer. For packages from tour operators you pay us as the agent; for some stays you pay the property directly. Your contract always says who provides the service.
Can I change dates?
Changes depend on each provider's rules. We explain them before you pay and help with any change.
Do you organise group trips?
Yes, for companies, schools and friends: transport, stays, guides and activities.
What about safety?
We follow official guidance, choose properties with shelters where possible, and stay in touch during your trip.

SERENITI TREVEL TOV ("Sereniti Travel", "we") operates as a travel agency, provides holiday and short-stay accommodation, booking services, recreation and events, and advertising services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" and the GDPR.

2. Travellers
Names, dates of birth, contacts and, where needed for the trip, passport details of every traveller. If you book for others, please make sure they know you are sharing their data with us.
3. Children
We process children's data only as provided by their parent or guardian and only to the extent needed for the booking.
4. Special data
If you tell us about health needs, accessibility or dietary requirements, we pass them to providers only to arrange your trip, with your consent.
5. Guests of our accommodation
Guest registration details, stay dates and payment. Self check-in codes are unique to each stay.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tourism, accommodation registration, tax), consent (special data, newsletters).
7. Recipients and transfers
Tour operators, carriers, hotels, insurers and embassies where a visa is needed, including outside Ukraine with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Booking files: 3 years after the trip.
- Passport copies: deleted after the trip.
- Accounting records: as required by law.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
